Julie qualified as a nutritional therapist following her own health journey into menopause. She specialises in female health and hormones, and in particular menopause.

Julie’s aim is to motivate women to take control of their own health, inspiring them to believe that they can feel and look better, make the necessary changes, be free of pain and have an abundance of energy.

She shares her knowledge and passion to educate and encourage women to nurture and nourish their bodies back to optimal health. Using scientific research and a functional medicine approach, Julie offers private testing for hormone profiles, full thyroid testing, nutrient deficiency testing, in depth gut microbiome testing and much more. She works with clients on a 1 to 1 basis and provides a fully personalised plain and tailored support enabling her clients to easily implement the necessary diet and lifestyle recommendations.

She gets a deep sense of satisfaction from helping others and making a difference to their lives. She works with women of all ages struggling with hormonal issues leading to infertility, stubborn weight gain, PMS, loss of muscle tone, low energy, brain fog, hot flushes, night sweats and anxiety to regain their health, vitality and wellbeing.
